Since you have taken on the role of being senior class president, how has that helped you become better caption in football to your teammates?

It helped me zone in and realize that I do have a lot more responsibilities. Make sure my guys can look up to me and, I be a source of inspiration to them. I can lead by example and leave a legacy at Pope John Paul ll High School.

What is one quote or motto that you follow and what significance does it have to you?

We have around 30 kids on our football team, and coach always says “We have the S.I.U mentality.” It is the “suck it up mentality” meaning if I get hit 5 times, I am getting back up 6, or 7 times. I take this to heart because, I want to be the best player that I can be. That no matter what, I always get back up and keep striving for greatness.

I would have say I inspire myself to be driven because, I get a lot my motivation from within myself. At the end of the day you only have yourself to look up too.
